Being a sponsor is an incredible journey. It's about offering support and guidance to someone who are struggling. I hadn't expected that this role would guide me to such a profound sense of connection. Through guiding others, I've discovered so much about my own path. One of the most beautiful things in this experience is watching someone evolve.
